Deposit

We ask our customers for an upfront 30% service deposit before any work starts. This covers the materials used for your installation.

Scheduling

Our team will schedule a date for the installation that coordinates well with your schedule. The date agreed upon is tentative as factors such as weather can delay service.

Acquire Permits

You are required to have a fencing permit before work starts. For this, contact your local community and H.O.A.; without one, our crews will not be able to begin construction.

Clearing Obstructions

Clear debris, trees, or other items like sprinklers from your fence line. These obstruct the area for the construction which can cause delays to the project.

Cable Inspection

Our team coordinates a cable inspection with JULIE. As underground utility locators ensure that any underground cables are given the correct markings, avoiding the risk of damaging them during construction.

Mark and Dig

This is where our team works our magic. Our specialists will mark all of your yard boundaries. When everything is separated, we’ll dig holes to implement the fencing material. Our installation is done efficiently, finishing within 1-2 days without any delays.

We complete most of our fence installation projects in as little as one to two days, as long as the weather is good and there are no material shortages. Our crew will finish off by ensuring the lines are straight and the fence is heightened properly. We will also be sure to clean up our mess in your yard, so all that you are left with is your brand new fence.
